Hope your feeling better Mogster x. I'm also considering possibily coming off HRT in the summer, if the headaches don't abate. Can always go back on it again, though I'm scared it might affect my mood which has been good. It's so hard to know what to do for the best.

Hey SL

Thank you for asking after me - I'm surviving, felt a bit sorry for myself and had a cry at work but it was too busy to mope luckily!
Hopefully the doc will be on board with me tomorrow.

How are you coping with the headaches? I have resorted to magnesium spray on my feet tonight!! Hope you've had a good day x

Not too bad today Mogster, thanks. Any day without a pounding headache is a bonus. Sure life shouldn't be like this. My mum used to get regular migraines and after she went through the menopause t5hey stopped, she never did HRT, she had antidepressents. Makes me wonder whether HRT cures them or aggravates. I've also posted on the headache strand. Fingers crossed for us both tomorrow.
