Hiya no unfortunately I can't work from home, and no I'm not on antibiotics am going to see how it all goes the rest of this week then try drs next week if not feeling any better

There are few studies looking purely at transdermal hrt, most are oral or mixed. That's why I wondered if an expert in hrt might come up with a different opinion.

I would explore as many methods as possible to see if there is something to relieve symptoms.  It is so tiring though when we feel already tired .......

Thanks guys I will have a look into other options, my Drs are not great and just told me I was stuffed!! And would have to ?ride it out?

Time to ask for a referral to a Menopause Clinic - maybe see if there is one locally and ring to find out referral protocol?
