AS a life long tobacco lover, EVERYTHING is bad for smokers, nothing works as good, my legs will clot up, my brain will explode, bones crumble= I have heard it ALL...........
Guess what though= as a grown adult, making an 'informed' choice i am NOT giving up , or changing any of my crackpot schemes.
I look around myself and see people who live very so called 'healthy lives', but really it is not for me.
