are we all set for xmas ?

a quick question for advice for you ladies who take estrogel utrogestan and testosterone as your hrt , can i ask whether you were perscribed and took this all together at the same time or were some of given testosterone at a later date and how have you found your hair ! hairloss or hair growth ?
