Lighting Flatulence Dos and Don'ts
« on: November 01, 2019, 03:27:36 PM »

I thought I had better post this in a different thread so not to trivialise the original post on gastric issues
and for those who have expressed an interest! When Meno had me on the ropes

1. Consume a  lunch and dinner rich in brassicas (onions/sprouts/cabbage), bakes beans, mustard, condiments.
2. Let digest until late afternoon the next day.
3. Put on a pair of jeans . Darken room.
4. LIe on back, legs crouching in the air.
5. Rock too and fro at least 3/4 times.
6. Breath and relax.
7. With the aid of a trusted assistant light match (longer the match the better) and hold flame
approx 4 inches away from blast area.

(Author takes no responsibility for anyone being harmed or psychologically scarred during the above).
