I had a BSO on 16/09/19 and was given femoston because of my age, I was told I would have a bleed every month while taking them.
I have finished the first blister pack of both white and grey tablets, I started my new blister pack 2 days ago.
However, I still haven't had a bleed yet, I'm starting to worry that maybe something is wrong, anyone have any advice?

Hi Charlotte - if you are not bleeding and on a cyclical HRT it means that your uterus lining has not yet built up enough to shed. What dose of Femoston are you taking. It is usually abnormal bleeding that is more of a cause for concern than lack of it - if you are taking a proprietary HRT product. Also in some women the bleed follows 2 or 3 days after starting the new pack (ie after stopping the combined pills) so it may still come. You might feel a bit of pms as the progestogen clears your system and maybe some cramping.
How are you feeling generally on this HRT?
