I think I can -
I had periods from age 11. They became clotty, heavy, very painful from 15 until I began The Pill at age 16. For 11 years. Then I was sterilised so periods were a nuisance with less pain. Then I had PMT

so was advised to eat every 3 hours.
I didn't really notice much except my periods waxed and waned. From a regular 32 day cycle I went from missing for months. Knew it was The Change

. Then I would have regular periods but lighter. This went on for 3-4 years B4 they disappeared [2002]. I didn't stop carrying protection for 5 years though

At the time oestrogen levels were dropping [hindsight is a wonderful thing], I would get very itchy insteps. OK all day but as I stepped into the bath they would begin to irritate. Not due to hot water as I would find myself rubbing one instep with the opp heel in the night

. Also across my shoulders would itchy, initially I thought I hadn't dried properly - anyone get that? So DH would rub the area gently but it really needed a Good Scratch

so now I have a back thingy to hand.
Legs get dry sometimes. Deep in my ears, eyes, scalp - all itch but not all the while. My ears need a thin poker down them but of course, I don't - we call it 'spaniel ear' in this house as DH gets it too. He also has itchy skin and uses 'nivea' at night on his legs.
Irritable bowel is affected by hormones. I have slow transit

. And don't forget indigestion

: I have back ground reflux which can get worse, hiatus hernia is a side effect of dropping oestrogen.
Did you want to know all that
