I know what you mean about boredom, I don't write everything down or even make a record everyday. I just use notes on my phone and then when something 'happens' I make a note of it e.g 14 - 17 Sept overwhelming anxiety and crying

and also my withdrawal bleeds as these have been an issue for me. It helps ato take ne out of the situation and distress by writing it down, and I find I can look at it more dispassionately.
