Indivina dosage
« on: October 05, 2019, 09:50:18 AM »

:-\My experiences with hrt are at the point where I think there is nothing left to try, I've tried  12 different combinations, the one I'm taking now is Indivina 1mg/25mg
This one is slightly helping but not a lot, I know this dosage isn't enough for me but the 2mg/5mg is out of stock everywhere, now my thinking is maybe I could take 2 of the 1/25 to see how that goes, I can't get an appointment for 2 weeks at my gp's and don't know who else to go to 🥴

Hi Sjays and welcome !

I've also tried tried several different combinations so I know how you must be feeling.  I'm not an expert but I'm thinking perhaps you could try taking one and a half tablets to see if that makes a difference.

Hi slays

Yes I asked my gp to let me try Indivina as this is the only conti product that does 2mg/5mg - I managed to find a pharmacy with the last pack although it goes out of date next month!

When I go for my repeat I'm going to ask for the 1mg/2.5mg and ask for double the amount so that I can take 2 tablets as I know these are in stock.

I've only been taking this for nearly a month but I feel better with the higher estrogen.  There aren't many posts with women using this type of HRT but it suits me so far - just annoying with the shortages!
