Femoston 1/5 brown discharge. Slight cramp

Hello
I have been on femoston for 6 months exactly
Noticed slight brown ish discharge last night and today coupled with v mild cramping like period pain.
Is this normal?

Are you post meno? I have had bleeding this week after 5 months on Evorel Conti and this is normal.

I am on Femoston Conti also (substitution from FemSeven Conti which I continue to lament the disappearance of....). I occasionally get brownish discharge also. I'm about 4 and a half months in, and had a full scan investigation shortly beforehand due to a heavy bleed when on utrogestan, so I'm not worrying about it. It's a slightly lower dose than what I was on before and my Meno specialist said I could go up to one and a half tablets a day as I'm still a bit symptomatic. I haven't yet, though....
