Hi everyone

Would you recommend that Oestrogel 3 / 4 pumps be done as 1.5 / 2 pumps per each inner thigh just in the morning or splitting pumps am and pm?

Do you rub in until completely dry?

I use 4 pumps each morning .... 2 on each shoulder outer arm. I rub in as much as I can and then wait to dry. It dries very quickly x

I also am on 4 x pumps and I apply 3 in the morning, two on my right inner thigh, one on my left and then at night, apply the 4th pump to my left inner thigh.  This sort of kept it straight forward, i.e. 2 x pumps to each inner thigh in total and also I personally found that having that final pump at night helped to alleviate any cheeky night sweats that may rear their ugly head  .

Although I don't rub in until dry, I do apply them in my morning routine that allows for them to completely dry before getting dressed and similarly at night, before going to bed.

One of the menopause specialists recommends rubbing it in until dry, or nearly so, as she finds women do better this way than spreading it on and waiting for it to dry. I think it was Louise Newson.
