Headache, lightheaded lasting for few days

Anyone else suffer from headache and light headed feeling which lasts for few days?
I'm thinking it is linked to tension/anxiety?

Hi, yes horrible aren't they....
I don't get them so much now, but I remember what it's like...
Menopause is the most horrendous thing EVER! Dunno what they're linked to, could be anxiety, all I know is it was the worst time ever....
