Feeling drugged/drunk -Utrogestan the culprit?
« on: August 05, 2019, 05:40:11 PM »

Started taking Elleste Solo and Utrogestan continuously last June, (I'm postmenopausal). All was good until this April/May when I started to regularly feel drugged/drunk. Looked this up and discovered that women taking progesterone as part of fertility treatment can feel like this. I've tried Provera and it was pretty awful. I also tried taking Utrogestan vaginally and that made me feel worse. I've been very careful not to eat two hours before taking it, (and of course taking it at night).
I've been taking Utrogestan again for eleven days and feel sedated and worn out. I guess now it's trying it sequentially or having the Mirena coil fitted?
