Hi, I'm really settled on my HRT routine, including a 100mcg Estrogen patch, but I've recently taken up swimming and the patch always falls off after the swim, and impossible to put it back on. Meant to change twice a week, I'll run out far too quickly at this rate. Always been fine when not swimming.

Any ideas for being them to stick better when swimming??

Hi LJB12, I've never had an issue with the patches not sticking/falling off. There has been a recent thread on this though so if you put it into the search box you should be able to access it & see the comments on it! Hope you find something that works! x
