hi all,
I've put my first Conti patch on yesterday, my anxiety and hot flushes had more or less gone on everol 50 but I didn't sleep last night at all, I'm so dizzy and nauseated and anxious today with a pounding headache n tearful,is this normal? If I continue will it pass? If it doesn't what other hrt can I try tia xx

Can't say for sure but I suspect not. I'm on utrogeston for progesterone and get very tired on it. It hasn't got better over time. Have a look at the Treatments section.
