Hi hc,welcome to the forum, yes,I'm constantly hot then cold, summer months aren't my favourite as there's no controlling body temperature, I have fans all over the house and a small fan in my handbag, flushes fluctuate so might see a decrease for a few months then they come back but mine seem to be getting less and less severe

Watching le Tour yesterday when the men were pushing ice cubes through their helmets and carrying ice cubes in their shirts  :o

Small fans are useful.  Cotton clothing, wear as little as possible.  Lollies?  Keep hydrated too.  Housework early morning and late evening.  I keep the curtains closed around the house in these temperatures.

Generally I have had an improvement in the extreme heat/sweats & extreme cold - to the bone since starting HRT & Fluoxetine (both within days of each other so not 100% which, think probably both having an impact.
