Dry skin in your ears too, when i went for mine syringing, the nurse said it was mainly dry skin in my ears

Ha! I've had post nasal drip for many, many years and often use Beconase when it is bad. More recently though I've also had very dry ears. I was thinking of going to the docs sometime to get them looked at, partly also though because I get the strangest noises in my right ear. A combination of waves gently crashing on a beach with a very faint church bell in the background!

I get dry itchy ears. I sometimes wake up scratching my ears. I use otrivine (I think it's called that) on prescription when I get a flare up. Only need to use it a couple of days to stop the soreness. Have tried oil ear drops to heel moisturise but they don't seem to help.
