Hi,

I've been taking Elleste for 2 years and whilst a lot of the menopause symptoms have improved I am suffering badly with PMT, very bad period pains and headaches.  Has anybody experienced coming off Elleste and what is the best way? Is it possible to move on to a different HRT ? do I have any options? My GP is not being very helpful.

Sorry to hear your GP isn't being helpful ,if he wont help you could try a different Dr
