Hi everyone
Not been on for a while, I'm on holiday in Zante Greece at the moment, and I'm feeling Nauseous on and off not sure of the cause but it could be any thing for me Hormones, eaten something with too much fat in as I have had my Gallblader out nearly 2 years ago, I also have sore throat too and to top it all I have Ms too which is massively playing me up it would be a heat wave when we decide to go away I can't sit I. The sun at all and am Constantly fatigued. It doesn't help when restaurants staff don't really know the English words for low fat,
I tried to order low fat waffles this morning and got hot milk! Aah!!!!
Anyone know of tip for getting rid of Nausea!
I've tried Mint tea, chewing gum so far but it still persists.

So sorry smokey, what a shame, I suffer nausea too at times, I take a stugeron which is a travel sick tablet, they really help, try not to overheat, easier said than done I know,I would try some travel sick pills though, just until it eases

Hi Jaypo
I'm wondering if I've got a tummy bug, I managed to reduce my nausea by taking some Gaviston, but has returned a little again.
It's complicated I think because my immune system is much lower due to the drugs I'm taking for my ms so I guess I can pick up things viruses etc , not sure though. I'll keep you posted
Thanks again for your reply.

Hi
Had throat infection which I have antibiotics for I had started them and it turned out the nausea was a side effect and managed to ring my ms Nurse who recommends tabs which work brill only thing is I've read the side effects again for Antibiotics and it also lists diarrhoea which has started now. I hope I'm ok on plane later, I've just got my constipation under control now opposite way typical!,
Am feeling better in my self though
