Once you've done that, you never know, it might pick you up heaps and bounds.

I never weigh, I can tell by the belt

I never weigh myself either,when my anxiety was at it's worst,I'd weigh myself,see that I'd lost even more weight which in turn would make me even more anxious ,round and round 😏

and can someone bring their dogs (big or small, I dont mind, as long as they don't mind being cuddled ... excessively  )
