That's lovely Tc.
My bestie has parrots. The macaw scares the cr*p out of me. She will have your fingers.
The 2 grey parrots swear at each other, and at the dogs. I taught one of them 'for f's sake' by accident. She picks things up really quickly  ;)

I've never done that  we used to go up to the lochs. A place that sticks in my mind is ballachulish. We had a lovely romantic weekend and in a hotel on one side but could also use the sister hotel on the other side thanks to the "new" bridge the locals were so proud of. I even remember my meal, trout  the best steak I've ever eaten in my life followed by cranachan and then a glass of something very old and malty  by the fire. Heaven.
Have you been there?
Yes I've been there and had cranachan 🤢 😆 that's lovely memories tc ,really lovely 💗💗

I would buy an army of zombies and conquer the world... or better, I'd give all except 1 million to Miguel Alcubierre so he could build a WARP spaceship for me, I'd go where no woman has gone before and tell the Earthlings to f### off

Miguel Alcubierre's WARP engine:

I like your style Cacarosa. Although my anxiety is stopping me flying at the moment, so space travel might be a bit of a stretch !!
I didn't win tonight anyway.  ::)

West Coast has it's microclimate.  My fav place is Plockton ......... I first visited at 11 and it hasn't altered much as it's managed - people have to get permission to decorate inside and out to keep colours 'the same'.  I took Himself there many years later and he loved it too.  Ullapool was lovely from what I remember but a long way from Plockton.  The Isle of Sky was lovely but we had 5 days of FabULus weather  :-*.  However, as we age we need to remember how far the journey might be to Hospital  ;D

It does have a micro climate. I went once in early October. Still warm during day and the colours were amazing
