Hi again all....so.im.back again....you may have seen my prev posts - jusy over a werk in now on hrt - 11 days 2 pumps.estrogel and altetnate days 100mg vag utrogestan. Im.peri.meno.and yes...was.told.to take.alternate.days (peple have asked is this correct as usually sequi for peri.meno but my.trusted meno expert told me to take ytro this refime and upon me rechecking she.said yes to continue this way !
I had a bleed on day 6...3 days...stopped now...but have been waking with a left side headacbe.and omg...im.tired. !! Had a good nights sleep i think...but jsut want to go back to bed!! I do go the gym.and donweight program and half hr daily cardio.so know this in itself can tire you out but.....im.just so fatigued and my headache is so heavy and now right across forehead....just dont feel amazing!!! Please.tell me it settles down and i get energized and feel great hahaha. ..dont feel any better than i did really..i know its early days ...but still....
