I was on livial for the last 18 months and previously for a few years, can't exactly remember how long now, but i loved it, i wasn't sleeping very well and it seemed to help, but then i was dozing off in the daytime, but not neccessarily connected with livial
My Dr has switched me to patches, but i am not happy with them and after this 3 month trial i am going to ask him to put me back on livial
And yes will also give you your libido back,
Google reviews, everyone i read about on livial wants to stay on it forever,so do i
Edited, to say i didn't put weight on with it either

Well first day on Livial, took dogs out for a walk thus evening and had a major dizzy episode, everything spinning round. Is this normal with these tablets?  I've never suffered with dizziness before. Also feel a bit spaced out... :(

*Tracey E*  I didn't have any dizzy spells as far as can remember, could it just be because of the heat maybe? Im sure you will be fine, but yes it is scary when something happens you are not used to
Let us know how you get on

Some women have experienced dizzyness and feeling lightheaded while on Livial. It seems to be a common side-effect at first for some. If you search for Livial/Tibolone in Menopause matters on this website you can read more experiences.

Will this get better with time? Debating taking half a tablet today instead..

I came off livial as it caused womb lining thickening and bleeding.  It was good for libido and flushes but I felt exhausted on it . After using local hrt, ovestin since and nothing else, I am pleasantly surprised that my libido is the same as when on tibolone.  Ovestin does not help with flushes but I am willing to put up with them.

Yes that's right Jaycee, no patches.  I use ovestin alternate nights for atrophy.

That sounds as if it is doing all you need it to do then without going on the patches Suzy

Tracey E, when are you taking the livial, i took mine at night, which might be better for you unless you are doing this already, but i never had any dizzyness or any side effects at all, until about 5-6 months ao when i started feeling tired or lethargic during, the day,
They are quite weak though i think,
