Thanks caz. I tried rubbing them off and actually broke the skin!!  Abrasions all over tummy. An even worse look than black Mark's!!
How are you getting on with the gel?

Them awful black marks are horrible to get of I looked like a bloody dart board 😂
Gel seems to be working great I dropped to 3 pumps 2 days last week and I felt crap so back up to my 2 pumps twice a day and feeling much better
I start the Provera tablet today so I use that for 12 days in which the bleed should arrive (not looking forward to hat ) but if it hells me feel more normal then it's all good

Fingers crossed Karen. I think you e done the right thing in finding the comfortable eastrogen level for you first before introducing the provera. Onwards and upwards xxx

Started provera today and 8 hours later I feel awful 🙈
Don't know if it's a flare up of anxiety which I haven't had for months or is the provera making me feel ill ?
My skin feels on fire my mouth is burning heart us racing surly 1 10 mg wouldn't cause me to feel so bad this fast or would it ?
