Increased oestrogen patch dose and bleeding

Evening all, I had a Mirena inserted in December and started on Estradot 50 in January however due to ongoing night sweats, insomnia and anxiety I was increased to Estradot 75. Since starting a month ago I have had two bleeds whereas I had stopped bleeding altogether by the end of Feb
Looking for any advice as to whether anyone has had a similar experience and whether it might be related to the increased dose of oestrdiol.

Sorry can't help. Maybe put the product name into the search box and see what pops up?  Make notes  ;)
