Hi ladies
Seriously with all these calculations I'm wondering am I am the right hrt
Is this not what we should expect from paying our, so called expert meno clinics?
I have gone to a private gynecologist and private menopause clinic and you know what they both said
“Go with the symptoms “
No blood test are of any benefit (they both said) and as time goes by, I think they are right.
If you feel crap, say it ,write it down, more often than not it's the same time as last month
I had myself thinking I knew what was happening, little did I know, sudden ups and downs, stress of certain situations etc have a huge effect when taking hrt, and no ones tells you that.
Ladies my advice, you know your bodies more than any medic can tell you and go with your body.
I have stopped reading up at this stage cause everything I did was a result of something I did,(hope that makes sense)
Try a hrt, at least for 3 months, if not suit you change it, walk, exercise, DRINK WATER, eat regularly And especially just before when you go to bed.
Enjoy life, know you're body is changing, it's scary at times (believe me, I know)
Do what works for YOU,
GRXxx
