Very good. i will keep that in mind when i have my first meno clinic appt. in April. I want to try systemic HRT for a few months for the same reasons as Kirstly Lang gives. I have already read the book by Bluming.  I am slightly puzzled by one of the things said by the doctor who has commented on the risks. She says that the risk is lower if the woman only has oestrogen but I didn't think that this was an option for women who haven't had a hysterectomy.

It isn't, just doesn't quite link everything together in that last bit because it does then say 'or women who've had a hysterectomy' - in a sense they've just said it twice in different ways.
