If it is water retention, then they tell you to drink more, because it's your body holding onto the water, because it feels dehydrated, so drinking more, makes the body relax, and lets it go. Could be that.....or .....it could be because we eat more stodgy stuff in winter, and now it's starting to show, but fluctuations in weight are common, you're always lighter first thing in the morning, than you are at nighttime. My weight fluctuates day after day by a couple kgs. But on whole, just try to eat as healthy as possible. Hard I know, when there's chocolate hanging around....🤦♀️🤦♀️
