Achey feet and hands

Hi ladies does anybody suffer with achy feet and hands ,it's a new symptom for me had to come off HRT in January due to clots was happily on it for 10 years .drhas prescribed patches but as yet havnt taken them.anu advice please x

Morning.  Yep.  As oestrogen levels drop muscles may become lax = aches and pains.  Cramp can be caused by not enough salt in our overall diets.

Who is over-seeing the clotting problems?  Was the diagnosis proven to be caused by HRT?  Which regime were you using?

Oh the achey feet,used to get that a lot,especially in bed,they'd be hanging out over the mattress,me twirling my ankles trying to relieve it,almost like restless leg but in my feet only
