I prefer pink shrimps or white mice, pineapple chunks made the top of my mouth sore  ::)

After swimming I used to buy a frozen Milky Way from the cafe, I have no idea why they froze them but they were lovely and lasted longer  ;D

Oh they sound nice Two Hoots.  Maltesers were a favourite - was allowed those between meals as Mum said not filling!

Pink shrimps....now your talking....love em.
Blackjacks and fruit salad are nice but I switched to another make as they were more chewy.
Can't remember their name....
Still have ‘car' sweets aswell....😉

My problem with “car” sweets is I'm 7 hours in a car at times 😂 usually got treacle toffees or chocolate eclairs, got to be Cadbury though 😛

Let me see, I remember eating... pickle and mayo and cheese sandwiches,  canned spaghetti on toast (loved that), macaroni and cheese with cut up hotdogs,  jello made with bits of fruit. But my favourite chocolate bar was the Cadbury Wig Wag, I guess you guys know them as Curly Wurly?

I know right?  In my town there is a British "grocery",  they have different kinds of teas, jams, chocolates, frozen pies etc. and one day I went in and found Curly Wurlys.  Don't mind telling you I bought more than one! ;D

I've read the ingredients  ;D and found a photo.   I remember them as being quite chewy.

Loved that caramel!  To make them last longer I used to put it in the freezer and then once it was frozen I'd break a piece off and just let it melt in my mouth :)

:-*.   I used to put Mars Bars into the fridge and cut them into pieces.  Not as sickly as a whole one.
