Worthwhile GP Appt
« on: January 31, 2019, 02:52:29 PM »

Hi Ladies, had a doctors appt this morning as I'm finding the Tibolone has not really had any benefits - still suffering with low libido, low mood, mild anxiety/nervousness. I'm one very lucky lady as my GP specialises in women's health, she was disappointed the Tibolone hadn't worked for me, she agreed with me that trying Everol 100mg would be best, so pleased and not only that but she is also testing my testosterone levels, that'll be interesting. I feel very blessed and wish all women had access to such a fantastic GP service. Now hoping the 100mg patches will help. :)

That's excellent news Yorkshire Girl - she really needs to be celebrated - GP's like her a so few and far between.
Lucky you.  My consultant has been very helpful but the about face my GP made after she had recent "training in meno" was beyond spectacular - I didn't know whether to laugh when she started speaking or poke her eyes out as she was contradicting with a straight face everything she had ever previously said or though!  Training obviously worked though!  ::)

I really like this bit! Better than the GP I saw some time ago. She had also had some meno training but claimed that it wasn't safe to use Estriol cream for more than 3 months.  :)
