Hi everyone.

I haven't posted for a while but am wondering what others experiences are. I have had a number of bleeding episodes over the years. I went into menopause at 38, started on Femosten Conti at 44 , tried to change to patches and separate progestogen in 2015. Awful experience suggested by private gynaecologist in London and went back to conti. I also use Vagifem twice a week. I suffer with interstitial cystitis and will need vagifem for the rest of my life.

I had an ultrasound yesterday which was abnormal. This was because they couldn't measure the thickness . I was told it was heterogenous ? Also fibroid 33mm ish in endometrial wall. Waiting for Hysteroscopy. I have bleeding and stomach pain so now worried it may be cancer and thinking about life without HRT. My previous symptoms were awful.

Any other similar experiences and what did you do?
