Same here...prolonged stress for a while before all the mood/period changes started....I've been starting to feel much better but my cycle is no longer normal. Crazy to think that's what pushed me over the edge with my hormones.

I think I'll start a thread in alternatives....we can share tips we've found that work for us in dealing with adrenal fatigue...
