Hi ladies
Aren't people unreal at times when you think they will be supportive.?
I too am going through early menopause since 38, I am now 42 and even can't talk about it to my older sisters as they have not experienced it yet.
The majority of my friends just say ‘get on with it...,

I'm so looking forward to the day when they come to me.... cos my response ‘sorry I have forgotten what is was like ‘ hahah. Sorry having a really crap day ladies, feeling very low.
Crying and very moody.
Will these feelings of up and down ever stabilize?

I know,you'd think being women we would all support each other,unfortunately the young (not all) are very self absorbed these days and only think of themselves,what a world (uk at least) it's going to be☹️

Couldn't agree with you more  jay po. A friend of mine who is nearly two years older than me never even asks how I am, then she said one day ‘ I can't wait to get my next Botox injection, you should try it sometime.  ‘I laughed....
It was lucky for her that I was on a good day 😄😄
If it were today, my answer would have been very different!!

Seriously though, I hope your mood swings calm down,I'm sure they will,I went through a phase of severe health anxiety,hadn't a clue what was wrong with me but it left as quickly as it arrived,it's all hormones,aren't we ladies so lucky 🤨

Do you know what I think unsupportive women who wont talk about the menopause or make stupid comments are really scared  S**tl**s cos they know it will be coming to them and they can't handle the idea!  That's why they get Botox Golden Retriever!
  .  There is of course another way for your friend to get a "fat lip" but you are much too nicer person I'm sure.

If anyone who had made snide comments to me about meno came asking for info I wouldn't hesitate to repeat back some of the comments they made to me back to them.  On that front I would put my "inner loveliness" firmly on hold 
Sorry to hear you have had a rough day Golden Retriever - maybe something here has made you smile.  I can usually find some comment on here that makes me laugh out loud most days.

Aaaahaha ladybt,that would be a much cheaper way to get the fat lip look,what a good idea,maybe we could start up a business?
It would work both ways,we smack these,I don't want to talk about menopause women in the kisser,instant Botox and we get rid of our pent up frustration,sorted 💋👍
