Ok, Birdy, thanx so much.
Maybe I was in denial before about it, or just thought I hadn't got anything like that.
But somethings changed, I've NEVER bled before after sex.
This is the second time now, and maybe my hrt had something to do with it too, (I was having too much) but now I'm only taking the Femoston Conti, (dropped off the extra oestrogen gel) so now I'm thinking VA. Start of.
Wouldn't the scan I had show up any polyps or anything like that? That could be the cause of the bleeding?
It came back clear and ok anyway.

It does need investigating jillydoll just in case but it does sound like VA. I bled too and also with smear tests and internals. Would also have blood in my urine. There are much better products to moisturise than replens like Yes VM but probably the sooner you try an estrogen based prescription product the better (it's only the equivalent of using one HRT tablet in a whole year so very low dose)  Mine was misdiagnosed for years and without treatment things only get worse. It's very difficult to manage once things get that bad.

Hope you manage to get things sorted soon jillydoll xx

Thank you so much, Robin, and Birdy.
I can't carry on like this, the cramps in my stomach are so bad with this bleeding.
I'm scared to death now about having sex, in case it happens again, this is the second time.!
I'm doing research at the mo, so I'm on the case, can't get in to see doc until 22nd jan.
So will ask her, but she'll probably have a look because of what she said before.(take swabs )
Not looking forward to that one!
Thanx again ladies.....xx

Yes Birdy, I was thinking that myself.
I'll ring tomorrow and ask to speak to the nurse, or ask if my doc could possibly
ring me back.
You never know, a small miracle might happen......lol.

I'm better thanx for asking Birdy.
I tried to ring the docs earlier, but couldn't get through, answer machine kept telling me to hang on they were experiencing a large influx of phone calls, so because I had to go out, I left it.....will try another day, if not then I'll wait until my appointment.
The bleeding and Cramps have stopped now, but, this morning I did feel a little sore, again, don't know if it was the pantie liners I had to wear, or dryness. Anyhow, after I'd been in the shower and got dressed, and moved around it has gone, feel ok now, and I haven't used any cream (Replens) although, thinking about it, when I did use that stuff, I felt like I was coming down with thrush, you know, the usual tight, slight burning sensation you get .
So maybe that stuff doesn't suit me anyway, because like I say, haven't used anything today and now I feel normal.
I will tell the doc, and she can look if she has to, and take it from there.
I've been looking at Regelle, I noticed Dr Louise Newson recommends that one, and I've seen it in Boots, so I might try that one....
Hope your ok Birdy.....xx

Omg Birdy, I'm sorry to hear that.
I must admit, whenever I did use it , it made me feel like I was developing thrush,
but because I haven't used anything like that before, thought it was normal because I was dry, or maybe something to do with my bleeding.
But like I say, haven't used anything today and those feelings have gone, so yeah, it probably wasn't going to suite me anyway.
Doctors seem to dish that one out like sweets don't they? It must be a cheaper option for them or something, I'm sure my mother in law had that in her room, but she never used it.
I'll try the Yes products then, I think you can buy that from Holland &Barratt, if not then I'll order on line.......thanx xx

Yes they did CLKD.
But I think I've spoken too soon, as doing the dinner just now, they've come back.
So 2 painkillers just taken....
Haven't had them all day, and like I say, the bleeding has stopped.

Take the pain relief as required.
