I too eat something before bed. it works by keeping blood sugar level.
I usually have a bowl cereal, or crackers, or even peanuts before I go up.🥜 Not too much,
just a small amount. If you're hungry in the night, it WILL wake you up, no doubt about it,
I was talking to Droopydrawers about it, she does the same.
