Could i start a period.?

I was due on round about the time I started using it but it never started
My boobs are huge and sore like I'm about to start my period.
Will it be delayed now?

Sorry I'm new to HRT and never used the pill when I was younger either

As you are peri meno your hormones will be fluctuating and the bleeds are likely to be erratic until the HRT takes control. When on HRT the withdrawal bleed should happen a day or so after you finish the progesterone phase - in other words when you start the next stage of oestrogen only. This should be explained in the leaflet that came with the HRT.
It can take 3-6 months for the HRT cycle to settle. Sore breasts are common when first starting HRT especially if the dose is too high.
