Hi, I am new to this group and just getting my head around it!!! I have been reading a lot of reviews on Tibolone. I have suffered menopause symptoms for 9 years now ( I am 59) I have tried 2 lots of HRT , kliovance was the first one and I noticed my hair went crazy, just like I had put my finger in an electronic socket so I came off straight away . A few years later I went on a different one which I cannot remember the name .... this one made me bleed for 8 days at a time every 2 weeks ... well that was no fun especially as not had a bleed in years . Came off that one . As time is going on and no labido ( poor hubby ) he is now talking about it , I am also anxious and my hair is thinning I decided to speak to doctor! Now she has decided to put me on Tibolone . I am scared stiff I will lose more hair . She recons it will be good as encourages hair growth ! Has anyone got any advice please ... going out of my mind . Hubby is loving the idea of taking it !!!! Ha ha . Should I start with half a tablet as I have read on here ? Thanks in advance x
