Ive started on Estradot 50 patches 3 weeks ago after symptoms starting to creep back after a few months of 3 pumps of Estrogel. Within a week of starting the patches my symptoms came back with a vengeance. I went back to the GP yesterday and theyve upped it to 75. Am wondering wether putting them on my tum instead of my backside might help. I can't cope much longer with little sleep. And Ive had my first 3 day migraine since starting any HRT. I've had to cancel work 3 times this week. I'm a supply teacher and if i don't work i don't get paid
