hi there I suffer from ovarian cysts had two burst ones in the last 8 months but the last 3 weeks I've been in so much pain similar to cysts I'm being referred for an urgent scan...yeh right..up to 8 weeks wait..great eh!! but my neighbour said it could also be fibroids as she had them during peri but she has early menopause and started hrt aged 42 and the fibroids only grew with her hrt as like you said they're fed by oestr8gen. she was told to have a hysterectomy but she battled on and she stopped hrt last year aged 60 and theyve shrunk away now...
