I had this problem. I've always had to get up a couple of times in the night but more recently I was having to get up ridiculous amounts of times. Just where does all that liquid come from!  The really annoying thing was sometimes wanting to go again just 15 minutes later. I would lay there thinking "I'm not going again,  I'm not!" And then be so uncomfortable that I couldnt sleep anyway.

I dont know if I am allowed to suggest a product by name so I will just say Google this. ...

I was very sceptical but it did work for me. It's a herbal remedy. Worth a try at least.

Hi again, Stella- did you see that anti-deps can be prescribed at low dose for flushing?
i've decided to try magnesium to see if that'll help me sleep and if i still wake up for the loo i'll try the femina
good to have a plan!
