I am nowhere near where I would like to be but was doing ok. I’m currently on 2 pumps of Estradiol and 100mg Utrogestron each night. Suddenly out of nowhere whilst cooking the dinner I came over extremely hot and severe palpitations, heart was pounding so fast I thought I was having a heart atttack🙈 I have Never had it this bad before but thank goodness only lasted about 5 minutes
Sorry for the long post but my question is:
Should I increase my Estradiol?

My guess would be its the Utrogestan, it gives me horrible palpitations.

The Utrogestron seems to be working well with the calming effect, I’m thinking maybe it’s to do with my cycle and I need to increase the Estradiol? Applying another pump tonight to see if that helps ! So glad it passed quickly though
