Hi Pmj,
So sorry to hear you are going through a bad phase. I'd say too you should try to see a doctor, and hopefully they can give you something to get you through. The darkest hour is just before the dawn though, and as impossible as it may sound right now, you could start to feel better again at any moment.
Keep posting and let us know how you're doing xx

Hi Very sorry to hear you are feeling this way. You shouldn't have to and it's 'just' a question of working out the best treatment for you. Please believe there WILL be an option that works for you. There are ladies on here who are very clued up (unfortunately I'm not one of them) so if you could share some more info about where you are with menopause and which HRT you've been using, for how long etc someone will be along to give you some good advice. xx

Can you show this to the nurse and ask for the extra oestrogen in the form of tablet, gel or patch to be added to the Femoston Conti?
Or ask to change to Oestrogel and Utrogestan.
Good luck 😘

Pmj28 - Femoston 2/10 is not a continuous hrt. It is a sequential hrt which will give you a monthly bleed.
Were you on a continuous hrt before?

If you were peri menopausal then you shouldn't have been on a continuous hrt.
Are you happy being moved to a sequential hrt?

So sorry that you're not doing well. I can totally sympathise with you . I'm still trying to find something that works.
For me also it's the anxiety that is the worse .
Hope you start to feel better soon
