Estrogel and Utrogan 100mg
« on: July 01, 2018, 04:23:07 PM »

Good afternoon ladies.... Just a bit of advice needed.... I am taking uvestrogan 100mg I think that's the name of it, for 25 days then break for three and Estrogel. I have tried it for three days and given up due to headaches and feeling sick.. but after much debate I'm going to give it another try. My oestrogen levels are low and I need to try something. The gp advised one pump a day of estrogel but it say on the info 2 pumps is the normal dosage.... Can I start with one pump in the morning and two at night as I feel I need extra oestrogen? Also what is the best time to take the uvestrogan 100mg...... I am 49 and still have my uterus. I've tried Ellesste 2mg. Kiloflem.. and Evorel conti patches already but I'm sure its the progesterone I'm sensitive too as many years ago I had the mirena coil fitted and had to have it removed because it didn't agree with me. I've had my bloods done twice.
serum oestradiol levels
serum testosterone 0.7
serum sex hormone biding glob 63
free androgen index 1.1
any advice ladies.
My main symptoms are anxiety attacks, hot flushes,
Thanks

I tried Kliovance, Elleste Duet Conti and Evorel Conti before Oestrogel and Utrogestan . I was very poorly with awful menopause symptoms and the first 3 hrts did nothing . Oestrogel and Utrogestan have worked brilliantly for me.

I'm on 2 pumps of gel in the morning and 100mg utrogestan in the evening, I take it at night , at least 2 hours after eating
