BBC Christmas Ad.
« on: December 03, 2017, 08:52:45 AM »

Morning Ladies.

If anyone needs a  little cry check out the BBC's Christmas ad about a young girl and her hard working single Dad. It will warm the cockles of your heart.

Take care all.

Sorry but it's got nothing Christmasy about it  ??? It's a girl and her father in a talent competition. I think the BBC are trying to please everyone by not mentioning the word Christmas but it really annoys me.

I saw a pack of cards called "holiday cards" , they are Christmas cards not holiday cards.

Sorry but its how I feel. :'(

No need to be sorry two hoots as we all have different opinions on what Christmas means. Did you read the explanation under the video? I work in a multi faith school and although many pupils don't celebrate Christmas itself they do celebrate the togetherness and spirit of kindness which the season can bring.

Hi Taz, I think it's important that all religions celebrate their important dates and that's the issue I have, we will be celebrating Christmas but the word Christmas is slowly being replaced by neutral wording.  I'm not a regular church goer but it does annoy me  :-X
