Hi and week to MM discokaren
Save your money - only placebo effect.    Some find having a diet high in phytoestrogens can be helpful - so more soya, legumes etc.  and if you are post menopause then Red Clover can sometimes help a bit.
HRT is the only true help for menopause symptoms.  If you are unable to take HRT for health reasons then there are non HRT options - do look under TREATMENTS at the top of this page.

The best natural alternative to HRT is lifestyle changes:
A good diet - cut out as much sugar as possible, reduce caffein and alcohol etc.
Regular exercise e.g. brisk walking every day with swimming, dance classes etc a couple of times a week.
Practise relaxation techniques e.g. Mindfulness.
Adjust your life to reduce stress.

Read up all the info on this site to get clued up - we are hear to help and support you but don't waste your money on expensive remedies  - if they worked then they would be available on the NHS. DG x

Hi discokaren

I'm sorry to say I haven't read of anybody having success with ladycare magnets. The only thing that has worked for me is HRT and the kind of lifestyle changes that dancinggirl mentions.

There's lots of information here and lovely bunch of ladies who will answer any questions you have and offer support
