Actimel really helpful. Both need to be swallowed within the hour of eating the main meal in order to begin the digestive spasm. Onions will do it for me, as I am allergic.
Brisk exercise. Eating regularly with lots of fruits and veg though green veg. gives I terrible wind and pain. Swimming can ease constipation, a mix of warm water and exercise

. Plenty of good quality liquids, teas, milk shakes, remembering that food stuffs also dilute via the kidneys. Review your diet, liquid intake ......... don't alter anything too quickly though.
