My story continues......now could be PCS
« on: April 20, 2018, 06:08:01 AM »

Hello ladies,

After much deliberation and discussion i went back to my gynae and advised i would leave everything for a couple of months and then come back to him to discuss. So last zoladex 28th feb no hrt as this made me feel awful and severely upset my stomach. The zoladex worked but it gave me terrible moods worse than the pmt. I said to my consultant  i just cant stand the pain in my right side  (he was not my original gynae who did lap or hystocopy it has been like a revolving door with the nhs to gynae sent back to gp to gynae sent back to gp)
I seen dr watson for administration of zoladex recommded by tony mander privately who asked my gp to do it but they sent me to gynae privately so got Dr Watson 🙄
Anyway.......he then said what pain? ‘I said my original issue is the pain which is bad at ovulation and period in my right side i have been hospitalised many times cos of it but i also have all other premenstrual symptons sweats/migraines'

He then advised i could have varicose veins in my pelvis....well never heard of it and no one has ever mentioned this until then. He has now asked me to be referred to a specialist in wythenshawe who are doing research on pcs and he reckons 30-40% of woman go untreated but go through all normal tests with nothing ever found!!

Ovulation and menstruation make it worse

Lets see what this brings???

Anyone know of it or been treated?

Thanks
Mazza

I have never heard of the varicose veins either Mazza but maybe he isn't talking out of the top of his head. Good luck with the investigation
