Three weeks ago my husband experienced dizziness when getting up during the night and fell over in the bedroom..he had other episodes of dizziness when riding his bike and had numerous spills. During Easter weekend while shopping he started making no sense whatsoever while talking using the wrong words etc., we got him to the hospital within minutes as its not far away and he had had a stroke. Thankfully it was a mini stroke and not the full blown one and his speech has come back to almost normal although his memory is still not the same. So yes dizziness does happpen during meno but watch out that it might be something a little more serious not to scare anyone but please be careful.
