aaaaaw, thanks MM, that's so sweet. I do keep a journal, but since there haven't really been any consistently good times or even any kind of upward progression since this all started it's not really much help. Every day still feels like a struggle to put one foot in front of the other, and every morning I wake up thinking 'óh shit, here we go again'. And it feels like I've pretty much exhausted all the options....
